Lack of coordinator experience. As a fan that has to spend real cash to fly to games several times a season, I am 100% behind replacing Manny, but why are we automatically anointing a guy that has never called a game on offense or defense? Mario’s success will be 100% dependent on his coordinators for development, game planning and in-game adjustments. Is he considered a football innovator? What system will we be running on offense and defense?
