I feel transfers should plug holes created by unexpected losses or deficiencies( due to injury,turning pro etc) or just poor prior recruiting.
Transfers should be few and only for dire needs.
On Offense this year,we only need 1 good solid RT to solidify our OL.I like our Wr RB and TE room as they are.
On Defense we need a couple of DL(1DT 1DE),1 Inside LB and 1 CB and that’s it.
If we take transfers, they should be game changers,impact players only.There are not many of those in the portal,so choose wisely.
