Here are a few questions that seem fair:
Have you talked to anyone at the U regarding its desire for a new stadium? If so, who?
How would you and the U deal with the balance of its lease obligation at HR?
How would your rent structure compare to the deal we have at HR?
Have you talked to anyone at the county or city level that has indicated a willingness to explore a stadium on publicly owned land for the TP site? If so, who? Have you hired a third party firm to do a traffic study?
Those are a few pretty basic questions that I’m sure most on here would be curious to hear him answer.
Obviously appreciate the NIL deals but would appreciate some pointed questions re stadium since they insist on talking about it.
