Not sure I'm ready to believe all of it. Nothing against you but I just don't see. it.
If they are "planning behind closed doors" and ready to spend some money and take UM to "new heights they've never been" then why in the world are they basing this on the last two games and actually the remaining schedule, which is a bunch of bottom dwellers ???
Think about that for a second. You have enough data and material on Manny to know you need to move on. It's not real difficult. It's a total shit show from top to bottom. Barely beating two middle of the road teams and a bunch of sub 500 teams left on our schedule should not change anyone's mind or should be a factor in whether they need to make a change or not.
I'm assuming these people are all pretty business savvy individuals so you have to think they are looking at BIG PICTURE and how we can make this football program the best it can be LONG TERM not waiting for Manny to pull another game out of his ass.
If they were really serious about this and ready to pour some coin into the program, Blake would of been gone yesterday and Manny too. You can always do what LSU did. It puts people on notice that the UM job will be open not only for a head coach but also and AD.
Waiting till Dec 3rd to make a decision is asinine. Leaves you no time to go and get a quality AD let alone a head coach. It allows ADs around the country to put feelers out there. Again, UM does things ASS BACKWARDS. You get your AD FIRST and then you go and pursue Mario.
Get rid of these two clowns and start getting your ducks in a row. You have a month left. This move needed to happen after the UNC loss.
Sorry I don't trust this administration to make the right move.
