Here's too Dr. Martin Luther King..A true American Hero and an inspiration to us all who strive to combat racism, tryranny, and division

Dude.. You sound like a Young Guy.. My Bet is that Dr. King would have absolutely Denounced the Actions we saw over the summer of 2020 from a Mostly Minority African American led organization..

Dr. King Taught and promoted Love.. Not Hate.. Listening Not Talking.. And the Bible.. Not the Bill of Rights.. Thats where we all need to be.. The current SO CALLED MOVEMENT is not about Racism.. They also want a Type of Insurrection that was exampled on January 6th by some Trump supporters.. Both Sides are WRONG.. Neither side is what our nation was meant to promote.. and we need to take a page out of Dr. King's Playbook and Listen to one another on the issues..

This Babyfied Pussified Generation has no idea what Real Racism is.. Just like and again.. This babyfied Pussyfied Generation all want their 3 seconds of Fame on some Online Feed to make themselves Feel Better.. Its a Drug.. Like heroine or Cocaine.. Thats all.. Both black and White..

I believe in Dr. King's way.. Stop the Hate.. Live by God's way.. and Listen instead of Speak.. Dr. King spoke to the true value of our nation and what it stands for.. I will express that till the day I die

With all due respect, on the holiday of his namesake, maybe read some of his speeches or youtube and watch them.

Nope.. I've read the Books... The History.. Not The Speeches.. Speeches are more often than not Filled with Rhetoric (Hype) to excite the Crowds..

You Gotta Dig DEEP my man.. Cant just rely on Face Value..

There is no book written by King. The speeches exist. If you want to know the measure of the man do so. If you want to know what society thought of him at the time that's also easy to google. When Dr. King died he was unpopular. At his pinnacle he was called an agitator, thought to be communist and believed to be doing a disservice to black chances of segregation ending. Even when Reagan signed the bill for MLK day he implied that King was a communist. One of my personal heroes, McCain, was adamantly against MLK day (he changed that position as wise men do).


Feel free to bury his legacy in platitudes. We already whitewash slave owning racists that literally attempted to destroy the United States and killed American soldiers so why should King not receive the "revisionist" treatment. shrug.

I was born in 1981.. I've never owned a Slave.. and I'm not a Miracle worker that can change the Past

But I Do know this... I or No other Non Racist White individual owes an African American JACK SHIT because of what happened Decades and Decades ago.. Sorry bro.. I don't owe a Damn Thing.. and this whole current present day WHINING and CRYING by the New Generation African American Culture is an Absolute Joke.. and a Lie..

It wouldn't matter if you were born in 2017. You live in a system that is built on a history of racism and segregation, which has over time given one race privilege at the expense of all the others - including in the present.

As for your 2nd comment about King - you may be surprised to learn he was a democratic socialist (like Bernie Sanders), who preached against the failings of capitalism. It appears that in your embrace of King, that you also agree.
