At the least and fired in my opinion. Being a cop should mean you're not harassing people because you can. How can you enforce the law when you dont respect it? There are many good cops that deserve respect and admiration for the job they do.But ones like this dont deserve to wear a badge and until the good ones help put a stop to this the mistrust will continue to grow.
