1- The new AD is told Manny must go and you need to choose one of the three candidates.
2- The new AD is told Manny will stay.
3- The new AD is told you have total control whenever he’s chosen(time). He has to evaluate Manny and say he fires him(time). He then has to start a coaching search(time). That coach has to hire a staff to start recruiting (time)
Something is not right here. All of this sounds CRAZY to me
