I see he’s not going to attend the DNR - he announced that today . He’s going to stay in Jills basement . He’s comfortable there .

There is a difference between having trouble pronouncing a word and being tongue tied and having dementia and not knowing what you are saying. Sometimes trump has trouble pronouncing words hes not a great public speaker. Biden has dementia and doesn't even know what hes supposed to say. That's the difference
