Executing the steps is where folks like UM fail.
1. You have to pay lots of money to staff at all levels - coaches, AD, players. Half kidding on that last one.
2. Hire an innovative, hard working staff.
3. Recruit a QB EVERY year.
4. Recruit 4-5 OL EVERY ****ING YEAR.
5. RECRUIT 4-5 DL EVERY YEAR
6. Be willing to fire everyone you hired in step 2 any year of the contract.
I'd say UM is failing at every step of the way for the past, what, 15-20 years.
