Great player. If it happened as he states it is HORRIBLE ! Atlanta is mostly Black so it's very bizarre. I bet it had to be some dumb azz employee or Manager. We have heard these types of stories before. NOT GOOD! Dress codes should be very specific ( like no baseball caps allowed) or no flip flops but honestly Atlanta is like South Florida very loose and comfortable. Something smells like bad fish from this restaurant.
Mr Windmill deserves better than that. God I can’t stand Atlanta. DW was one of my favorites as a kid.
Well this is Atlanta remember...lol. It's likely black people will dine and work there... it's a very high black population.
For some reason, I actually thought the article was about Lenny Wilkens who coached Atlanta for several seasons I believe.

I am merely saying that in Atlanta a city where Black Americans are the majority and represent a ton of business and financial interests I find it very strange that a "dress code" would be enforced so stringent unless the jerk at the podium was a power freak. This is another version...and this is happening all over America. This kind of thing happens because people always try to look to explain away bullshit....and then tell you things like well stop whining or this doesn't exist anymore when we are experiencing this. I have experienced this so I know what that feeling is Dominque has. He said he has had a cross burning in his yard as a kid. I grew up in Connecticut so I never had a cross burning in my yard.....but I have been followed. I have been unfairly discriminated against.
