I’m shaking my head right now...

Don’t take this as an excuse for this cop who was involved in Floyd’s death because his actions were grossly Negligent. Read the story though. Exactly what I said!

https://www.the-sun.com/news/907592...s-not-die-asphyxiation-strangulation-cop/amp/

A jury will be hard pressed to find Chauvin guilty of even manslaughter. The guy does NOT deserve a badge nor a gun though.
You take you victim as you find him. If he was in a weakened condition that makes the need for placing your knee on his neck for an extended period of time less justified. And, if you are the final reason for his ultimate death, they have you for murder.
Again, we are bogged down in this thug's misbehavior in a totally Democratically controlled police department, city, legal system and state just so they can absurdly blame the whole thing on Trump. Try him, convict him, punish him, but get this murder off of our television.
Anyone remember this same police department murdering a white woman who was just trying to get help? Oh, that's right that was a policeman from Somalia. My wrong!

The ultra liberal city of Minneapolis has been run. for decades by incompetent left wing know nothings like the current mayor. The police dept has long had a reputation of being out of control. This is the result. It has nothing to do with Trump.

"heart disease and potential intoxicants in his system" sounds like total BS. There are literally millions of people walking around with varying degrees of "heart disease" and they also do quite well with intoxicants in their systems … until they are strangled someone.

I could care less about this bastard. Let’s hear more about his multiple incidents of devious assaults as well as the races of his victims, especially the one Amy Klobuchar declined to prosecute.

it’s called excited delirium and once the adrenaline dumps coupled with the stimulant, the heart can’t take it and goes into arrest. A former co-worker of mine has a similar situation happen to him. He arrested a combative subject outside a shopping mall and the guy kept trying to kick the windows out of the patrol car so he put a hobble on the guy to prevent him from doing any more damage. The guy then laid down in the back seat and was checked on 5 mins later. Dead

Manslaughter yes, racially motivated murder?

If this plays out that way, we'll have a repeat of the last 4 nights...

Did you see the story where they worked together at a nightclub? They knew or where familiar with each other. Add the fact that the nightclub owner described Chauvin's demeanor as laid back until he worked on the nights where there was an "urban" crowd and he was more combative and aggressive. She said Floyd was the nicest guy in the world.

That doesn’t establish this was a racist incident. The guy seems to be a bully who could not tolerate people who stood up to him. Let’s hear about the races associated with his previous incidents, especially the one Klobuchar declined to prosecute.

This is all some cover a white police officers ass who murdered a black man bullshit. They have a Somali American (black)Minnesota police officer sitting in prison right now for 12.5 years for ACCIDENTALLY shooting an Australian (white)woman who ran up on him in a dark alley and they had far less actually no video footage of the incident. You can spare me with those technical terms which is pathetic attempt to justify this shit. IDGAF what if any pre existing health issues George Floyd had the bottom line is that if it weren't for that police encounter where he had his knee on that man's neck for 8 minutes and 48 seconds, 3 minutes after he lost consciousness, George Floyd would be alive today. FOH.

String him up; try him, I don’t care about this thug. Let’s hear more about the races of his previous victims... especially the one Klobuchar declined to prosecute.
And you mischaracterize the incident involving the Somalian police officer. BTW, where were the riots?

Okay, enlighten me on the facts of the Somali American police officers shooting and as far as the rioting, there has been HISTORIC AND SYSTEMIC racism and egregious brutal acts against blacks at the hands of racist white cops that has gone unchecked and not prosecuted decades if not centuries. However tragic that incident was we can't say the same thing about a black officer shooting and killing a white woman now can we?

Like I posted before it's a shame people like you get to hide behind a badge. They beat a cuffed man and then strangled him. If it was a civilian they would've arrested every last one of them for murder and accessory to a crime. The video shows a compliant suspect that's cuffed, beaten and strangled. Period point fu@king blank. That's why you'll have good officers and national guardsmen getting killed along with trash as things keep escalating. Millions of dollars lost, more division and hate all because they've treated these police officers like they're above the law when they should be held to a higher standard. My law officer friends are beside themselves.

Read the transcript of the trial. BTW the white woman you demean called for the police. He shot her from the passenger side. The bullet passed by the policeman who was the driver. He was convicted in left wing Minnesota. WHERE WERE THE RIOTS?

Why wasn't Floyd just handcuffed and led away? Why was he even on the ground? If Chauvin considered Floyd a real threat, why did he have his hand in his pocket?

Another report said Floyd died due to pre existing health issues. B_ _L S_ _ T!!!!
Floyd said more than once: "I cant breath". Chauvin said, with his knee on Floyd's throat "You're goint to have to get up & get in the car." WTF. Floyd was handcuffed. Ive been told by a retired police officers once the cuffs are on the threat is nuetralized. HELLO.

Everyone on this blog agrees Chauvin is a thug. He either directly caused Floyd's death or he contributed to his death. Convict him, but don't destroy our cities.

If you’re asking these simple questions, you need to leave the board and read some news articles on the subject before posting again.

My bad assumed you'd understand what that meant. Its preliminary autopsy findings meaning they're not going to state the cause of death until the toxicology comes back. Reading between the lines Floyd had blockages and coupled with the stimulant is the probable cause of death, i.e. excited delirium.

In the video taken by a female bystander she screamed at the cops to just put him in the car and the cop replied we tried. There's a segment of video from the time they escorted him to the wall and then they're on the ground. That segment will probably be on bodycam and show a struggle at some point. I could br totally off but that's my assumption based on the video from the female bystander.

Like I said before that doesn't excuse the bullsh-t that officer was doing but there's a little more there then just them throwing him to the ground and killing him.

Check your emotions at the door please. This is none of that. If you disagree with what I've said then fine but I've stated my piece on that dipsh-t who killed Floyd. In NO WAY am I making any excuses for him. The ME and a second autopsy found NO asphyxiation. The second was conducted by Dr Michael Baden and found no evidence of asphyxiation. Baden was hired by Floyd's family. Some serious emo bullsh-t with some of you guys.

You can try to spin this however you want but whatever blockages you're opining that he may or may not have had, he was living with them before May 25 and would have lived with them absent him being murdered by Chauvin. The police chief in your neck of the woods in Chattanooga said "There's no need to see more video, there's no need to see how this plays out, there's no need to put a knee on someones neck for NINE minutes. There IS a need to do something. If you wear a badge and don't have an issue with this.......turn it in"

I'm not spinning anything dumbass. I'm merely explaining the evidence in what I thought were terms you'd understand. Apparently not! Guess its wasnt the racial related death you were hoping for. My God, smh...

Although looting is not cool, I didn't condemn the rioting because a guy you may have heard of by the name of Dr. Martin Luther King once said that rioting is caused by a system of injustice and is the language of the unheard which is a concept that you probably don't comprehend.

Every cop unknown has condemned Floyd's killing. Once again you're out of touch with what's actually happening. Your assumption is that all cops are part of an system that targets people of color. Its 100% absolutely NOT true.

Apparently YOU ARE THE DUMBASS if you think that race didn't play a major role in this murder. They knew each other shithead and while I'm not a so called police officer, I have common fckin sense and my common sense tells me that given the fact they knew or were familiar with one another when Caulvin arrived on the scene he would have said I know this dude and even if Floyd broke the law and needed to be arrested, he would have displayed a little more compassion and tact rather having his fckin knee on that man's neck and all the while shifting his weight to apply the maximum amount of pressure possible with that I'm about to kill this n*****er look on his face. When a cop gets fcked up or killed, it's shit like this that makes me think oh well he probably had it fckin coming and my late little brother was a police officer.

Total BS. Enjoy the violence!
I don't condone tearing shit up especially your own city but It's total B.S. to you because you've probably never been discriminated against or racially profiled.

So all of that because they allegedly knew each other. Solid evidence... nobody is denying that chauvin is a giant pos. NOBODY!!! That's a huge assumption and stretch to make a connection ut was race related since they knew each other. Maybe Chauvin knew him and dodnt like him. Maybe that was motivation for the knee in the nec . But when not one but two autopsys different medical examiners find the same thing, what do you think the truth is?

Dr. Baden hasn't performed the second autopsy yet. He was scheduled to arrive in Minneapolis yesterday. Where are you getting your information from?

I didn't make anything personal. Did I call you any names? If me saying that you've probably never experienced discrimination or racial profiling is personal then you're a little sensitive. If you are white my statement is true not personal.

It's a false and leftist statement designed to discount my opinion. Whether or not I have experienced racial profiling is totally irrelevant. And I don't intend to prove my bona fides to you.
You support arson and tearing things up. Arson is inherently dangerous, but you don't care. You just want violence. You cannot even wait for the trial. How pathetic!
Enjoy the violence against your fellow Americans.
