1. Manny diaz is a first year head coach, has he been learning on the job? Yes. While this division sucks, there isnt one game that we have been blown out in. We have markedly less defensive talent and a horrendous offensive line.
2. Our linebacker trio is highly overrated. They arent great. Look at what a guy like luke keekly, definitely not spelled right, or any of florida or florida states linebackers have done. Game changers. These guys are way overrated.
3. We have good talent at cb, but we are thin there. Our DTs are not that great. We have a great group of safeties and depth. Robert knowles needed to graduate 4 years ago, thats all im gonna say
4. Do i think dan enos was a reach hire, yes and no. We have no elite or even really good qbs,we have 2 mac type qbs. We have the worst oline in probably the country. Do i think enos makes some strange calls sometimes? Yes but again what would he call with a good oline? We wont know til we get one
In summary, manny has this team fighting, we are 4 and 4. We knew the line was gonna be not good, we didnt know it was gonna be horrible. Manny deserves one more year, so does enos. Coach up the young bucks one more year on the line. Recruit good and see what happena next year
