My one concern is that he would keep coley as OC. To me that kind of mimics when Dabo took over Clemson and made billy Napier OC. Coley and Napier seem like the same to me, two really good recruiters that are not the best OCs. If I'm Mario I'd go after a guy that is on the verge of a HC gig but is a young up and comer and aggressive recruiter. Like Kendall briles at Baylor, Scott Frost at Oregon, Mike Norvell at Arizona st, Jake spavitol TAMU or even Eddie Gran cincy.
Also if people remember right dabo first DC was Kevin Steele and that lead to a 70 pt beat down by West Virginia. Mario can't go through his Billy Napier and Kevin Steele. He needs his Chad Morris and Venerables right out of the gate
