Quit being afraid of FSU being good. In fact it would help Miami because we want to play the best. This is the problem right now with the ACC. I think we need better competition and we need to take things up a level in our conference. It's better in the ACC when Miami and FSU offer something or some other teams....besides Clemson.
I sat late last night and actually watched Clemson playing Wofford in November and thought to myself this doesn't get you better. Your goal is a natty and hoping to win it because teams are down or suck isn't going to get us there.
Right now I just believe one of our issues is people want to win but aren't willing to do what it takes to have a winning program. A lot of it is sacrifice that we aren't willing to make. We want the easy path. Some magic retread coach to solve all our problems in one offseason. We have to invest. Put our resources in organizing....and getting the right kids / staff members. Having the right things in place that affect winning.
We have to trust someone and with all these coaches coming and going we don't trust people.
