Great job by JW. No FSU is not a good team but it is still FSU. They were fired up all game and in our faces and he played his best game so far. FSU is always a tough game no matter what. Good win. He was aggressive and mostly accurate all day. Deep balls were beautiful and he got guys the ball on time.

That said, he did have some ugly moments.
His rollout passes were comically bad. He threw some wobblers and he could have flipped that ball to Wiggins but he badly overthrew him. He had a fumble on a classic JW play where he had the RB wide open and Hartley breaking open deep and he just held the ball.
Couple of dropped ints on some wtf throws.

No QB is perfect and that game is a good sign of a bright future.
He does have a weird throwing motion though.

Enos....I finally see what you are trying to do. The play action concepts you have are good but this line was not ready for them early in the season. You cost us games by running them with a young Oline like this.

Play calling...terrible. We start doing something well and you go away from it. I don’t think we have had a negative play from the spread all season but in critical 3rd downs you go bunch formation. Our young line has trouble identifying the blitz and picking them up when everyone is bunched together. There is always a free blitzer. Every time.

2 yrd QB sneak with Our least athletic Qb?
Short side screen pass to Brevin?

4 straight possessions in plus territory and we get 10 pts. We could have put them away and yet it was a one possession game in the 4th quarter.

We failed to score 30pts yet again and the D saved us when they had momentum.
