I thought that FSU would be a much improved team in Year 2 under Mike Norvell having watched what a remarkable job he did at Memphis. They got Milton from UCF. Team has a lot of high caliber players on the roster. Jacksonville State, Wake, and Louisville all seemed like games FSU would win.
Holy shit did I swing and miss on FSU. Couldn’t have been more wrong.
I’m aghast at how poorly prepared FSU is week to week in these games. Horrendous discipline; absolutely no pass rush and defensive impact play. They are worse than we are right now, and that is really saying something.
As bad as we are, it sure feels good to see these clowns struggling- winless and down 17 points at home to a traditional basketball school. Ouch!
