Is it true track suits are no longer cool?

Mine are no longer cool, but that is because they no longer fit
At home fine ... but I wouldn't recommend going for diner at the Vineyard Wine Company in a track suit!
It’s a retro Tony Soprano look, particularly cool in velour. Green is the best. My wife informs me that they’re back in style in part because of the Korean hit show, Squid Games. Very cutting edge.
Out here in Cali, the coolest track suits are by Aviator Nation. Super soft cotton in bright colors with multi-colored striping along the pants legs. Expensive. Surfer dudes and dudettes must have these! Wear it with your Aviator Nation trucker hat.

I only wear my track suits when it’s cold in the morning and I have to let everyone in at 8, check some deliveries and make sure everything is a ok for my tuesday double. Then I go back to the house, get cleaned up and put my real suit on. Or when I drop my son off at school (I don’t get out of the car).
that being said, if YOU want to come into the vineyard wearing your track suit, I won’t judge.
this whole conversation arose when I put my wind breaker track suit on for my wife and two boys walk. One of my favorite pass times is taking long walks with my family on my day off. She told me I looked like I just stepped out of the ninety’s. She asked me when I got my track suit, I said 99 (yes it still fits). What’s wrong with the ninety’s? These suits pre date the nineties and imo are still very cool. They’re so comfortable and yet practical. You can wear gym shorts under them and a t shirt and if the outside temp goes from 55-75 you can just take off the suit with out even having to take your shoes off.
am i crazy? I think these things are awesome.
to her point, I tried to look up some new ones as a compromise and there’s not so many of them any more.

Your dad is probably a bad ass. Question is, does he still wear them? If he does, cool as hell in my book. According to my canesport studies, I’m in the right too.
Get a bigger size. You’re still cool. Not going to lie. They’re kind of hard to find now which tells me one of two things. Either my wife is right or it’s just the supply chain issues we’re seeing with everything else.Mine are no longer cool, but that is because they no longer fit

Just google imaged aviator nation. I am definitely not cool enough to pull that shit off. Looks great on the models though. Damn they look good. My wife can pull it off, I’ll get her one. I’ll stick with my baggy nike wind breaker track suits. I mean what else do people wear to the gym when it’s cold out side?
I have one Aviator Nation Tshirt given to me by my daughter. She wanted me to be cool. Super soft cotton in grey. Not too colorful
My wife is in search of the powder blue sweats, vertical striping on the legs, horizontal on the arms. She can fit into these. Finding all sizes is elusive as it’s a small, local company growing rapidly….tough to stock adequate inventory.
