First, I totally agree, tons of coaching needed...(But interesting, Harbaugh was once considered a mastermind....can't get it done at Michigan)
2nd, recruiting needs to be much better - you need dudes, a lot of dudes
Lastly, facilities and money...Look at the top three teams, their facilities and crowds they get - amazing.
