Horowitz referred Comey to the DOJ for prosecution, but the DOJ declined to prosecute. That said, IG Horowitz's report makes EXPRESS FINDINGS OF FACT that completely eradicate Comey's credibiltiy. Specifically, that Comey lied multuple times to the IG, that Comey leaked confidential and classified material in a "gross and reckless" manner, that he lacked candor toward the IG and violated MULTIPLE FBI policies, AND, signed off on a partially FRAUDULENT FISA Warrant which was used to spy on Carter Page.

And the liberal BITCH WHORE mainstream media will ONCE AGAIN have massive cuck egg on its face...
