Normally I am not a fan of locking up celebs for victimless crimes because they are no threat to us and those police resources are better used to protect us from violent criminals. But this little PRICK dug in his heels and lied on the stand. I say send him to a country club for 1 full year.
Insulted any real hate crime victim. Hope he goes to prison , but I doubt. BLM supporting him.
Yes, this is just a horrible thing to do and he should be locked up for this.
Any time you file false charges, you are diverting police from real crimes. On top of that, he blatantly lied on the stand. I think the judge should make an example in sentencing

No and neither is Biden. When the Smollett charade happened, Biden commented, "We no longer give this hate safe harbor; that homophobia and racism have no place on our streets." I haven't heard a peep from either about how stupid those comments were
