Was big time on the Lashlee wagon when he got here last season to work with King. Loved the uptempo Canes until the Clemson game where we got stomped. However… he gets real conservative a lot and some of his play calling is mystifying at times. I jumped off his and manny’s wagon after the Bama fiasco. Could not believe after 8 months that was best offensive game plan Lashlee could come up with. Not surprising at a big moment tonight with game on line, he calls for throwing short pass to TE when Rambo is straight beasting the FSU corner back in the 2nd half. This is classic Lashlee… go away from calling critical plays for your best playmaker in order to be the smartest guy on the field. He and manny are match made in Hades.
