Miami won game won and game two and goes for the sweep Sunday.

First Pitch is set for 1 PM Eastern.
 
Miami is in a 4-0 hole early.

Big second inning by Virginia.

Hernandez has allowed 4 runs on 4 hits, but has struck out four.
 
The ball goes off of DJ Urso's glove, which scores a run for UVA.

UVA leads 5-2.

Starting pitcher Herick Hernandez is being removed from the game. He pitched 4.2 innings, allowed five runs on seven hits, struck out seven, and walked one.

Slaide Naturman is now on the mound for Miami in the 5th.
 
Dorian Gonzalez Jr. knocks out a three-run home run to make it a 6-5 game in the bottom in the 5th inning.

This Miami team will does not go away easily.
 
Back and forth they go in the 6th.

UVA opens up a 10-6 lead as a two-run homer by Saucke helped to extend the lead.

Miami counters with two runs of their own as Gonzalez double to left scores Cyr and Gonzalez eventually scores on a wild pitch.

We head to the top of the 7th.
 
Lucas Costello adds another run with a home run to make it a 10-9 game and Blake Cyr knocks out another home run to put the Canes in front 11-10 in the seventh inning.
 
For the third consecutive game, the Canes have come back from a deficit against the 13th-ranked Cavaliers.

Virginia gets a run, and the Canes leave the bases loaded in the 8th inning.
