Live Game Thread: Miami Basketball vs. Louisville

Wooga Poplar, Nijel Pack and Norchad Omier on the floor for Miami despite being questionable going into the game with ankle injuries. Omier and Pack start the game with points for the Hurricanes.
 
Three turnovers in the first two and a half minutes lead to 5 points by the Hurricanes. Miami up 8-3.
 
Kyshawn George in the game, replaces Poplar and gets a steal, draws the body contact on the break and makes the layup, misses free throw.

Louisville seems to be playing faster than Miami right now. Miami not moving the ball enough. Cardinals lead in assists 6-5.
 
Threes by Joseph and George ties the game at 20. Back and forth affair at the Watsco Center.

Nice perimeter defense from George forces a missed shot, gets rebound and hits Cleveland off and running again. Cleveland draws another foul.
 
Another great close out on an attempted three by George leads to another break. Joseph scored at the rim.
 
Cleveland's pace has been the difference for Miami. He has 17 points on 7-12 shooting and 8 rebounds.
 
George not as aggressive to shoot the ball compared to the last two games. Looking to be a passer tonight. He has three assists and five points.
 
Louisville's Huntly Hatfield is getting great positioning in the paint. Scores most of his points tonight right in front of the rim.
 
The double team has frustrated Omier tonight, can't really get going offensively, but draws the foul, scores one of two from the line.

Cleveland hits a three to cut it to two and slams a dunk home on an alley oop to tie the game at 71. He has 22 with 12 rebounds.
