This is what’s sad, history hasn’t been properly taught in this country for the past fifty years. The first requirement for history class now days, is teaching how awful a country we live in. The second is blaming all the world’s ills on the United States.
Whoever defaced this incredible monument honoring the 54th Regiment which was made up of African Americans who volunteered to fight bravely in the Civil War are cowards.. The defacing of this monument is unbelievably disgraceful...
