I suggest just stop feeding the cems. Put a personal limit on yourself of one per thread silly response to a silly cems post. If he actually has a well designed post, it is fine to have a spirited debate. But cems loves the spriral of he says Trump is a POS, and others write back that he has TDS. It is all he has because his team's policies have proven hollow. He wins every time team red responds to one of his silly posts.
