Gary and multiple other posters have said that firing Manny does nothing for this team. I totally disagree. I think Manny being here, with all the players seeing the writing on the wall, is a huge distraction. I think firing Manny and letting somebody coach who has nothing to lose, can play the younger guys that are more deserving, take some extra chances on the field, etc., would only benefit the team.
