That's it....nothing on his resume says otherwise...people don't all of a sudden just change...his second mistake was Baker....you hire guys that are smarter than you when you are the head coach...if you are a head coach and you are the smartest in the room something is definitely wrong with your staff..his 3rd was allowing Enos to hire the offensive staff...Manny should have shook the tree on all the winning programs and seen what was out their and then hire the best of both worlds/ developers first then recruiters....because the only way you get out this mess is with guys that can develop talent...the problem with the current staff it's not anything here this staff sucks at recruiting and development...not one kid has gotten better.. I take that back...the QB's are better but the Oline and the play calling is so bad it's hard to even see their growth...
