It's been said before and I'll say it again because it's that important. For the last decade we've had so many transfers and players leaving early for the NFL draft that had no business leaving. Now under Manny we barely have any transfers and with the players that we have returning it's a clear indication of a cultural shift that will pay huge dividends in the near future. Instead of us having our 18-19yr old trying to bang with other teams 20-21yr old grown men it's going to allow us to build the depth that we need and have grown men across the field. It's a process but with the classes were signing our roster is about to be jacked! Manny is building a consistent top 10 team.. we really aren't that far off.
