That IMO is of significant concern. He is not an x's and O's guy, He has been a position coach and a co offensive coordinator but never called plays. Its imperative that his hires are thoughtful and that he seek advice from others on this. Maybe he could call Gary (lol). IMO Alonzo would be helpful in this aspect. While he shores up our need for an outstanding recruiter its imperative he makes good choices on his staff.
