Elite recruiter and questionable game day coach. If he will get an elite staff and just recruit, set the culture of blue collar toughness, and be the CEO (all of which I expect him to do), he will do great here. He needs to go get Moffitt and also needs to hire an OC similar to Lashlee, (spread not pro style like Richt). He has coaching connections and will be given the resources to hire an elite staff, so it will be interesting to see who he hires.
