He brings in the right OC and I believe runs a spread offense which favors Miami. Of course we also need a top notch DC here that can fix what Manny broke. If that can be done UM will be very lucky to have him hear as he will get the right recruits in the house. Before critiquing, let’s see who he brings into his staff. I believe he will do very well here.
