Shows a real lack of planning and professionalism on Ruiz's Team for the project. Throwing things out without any conversations with the entities that control and govern the property. Just like the thought of using the Coral Gables High School property without any preliminary discussions with the Miami-Dade School board and/or the City of Coral Gables. I appreciate everything that the Ruiz family is doing with NIL but it seems like amateur hour with stadium plans. What a difference from the Freedom Park planning and negotiations.
The Ruiz family should really consider teaming up with a group that has land-use, planning and development experience to pursue these goals and objectives.
