Michigan-Harbaugh plan

Heard on sports radio this afternoon that Michigan is planning to hold 5 summer camps in states outside Michigan, staffed with the Michigan coach's. There is no ncaa rule violation in this situation according to Packer the sports radio guy. The states are Alabama, Indiana, Florida, California and Georgia. Looks like Michigan is on a serious mission. Don't know of any other schools doing this.
