B: Nothing was done to hurt Trump. The delay was because congressional Republicans didn't want to pay more, so even if Pelosi had taken Mnuchin's deal, there's zero evidence it would've passed through McConnell.
C: Its great that right wingers are finally realizing that these initiatives are meant to help the same citizens who pay the taxes that allows their Government to use that money to help them in their hour of need.

They already passed a stimulus bill earlier in the year during the election, which didn't hurt or help Trump since the public already knew they were going to get rid of him.
