Great job. Keep it up. The most difficult part is making the exercise an integral part of your daily regimen. If you continue to do that you will keep it off. Isn't it great how a life threatening disease can motivate!

. On the other hand some people just ignore it, so good on you as my Aussie friends say.

congrats on the weight loss. I've gone from 298 down to 225 myself and feel so much better. keep up now time to maintain that loss

Good for you.

Keeping it off is the next challange and so long as you exercise and don't ingest carbs, you will feel great.

Cards are the enemy.

Carbs = UF

Carbs= FSU

Carbs = VT

Carbs = ND

Carbs = Saban

Congrats bro! I have several diabetics in my family and I've been very fortunate to have avoided it so far. Best wishes and keep it up!

I've lost 60 lbs. since Jan 1st. I started limiting the carbs and concentrating on meats and vegetables. I drink a lot of water and walk when I can. It's hard to find time to exercise because I work 12-16 hours a day.

Congrats! Perhaps pics of "smokin hot girlfriend" would get some of us motivated.

Congrats!

But let me get this right. A year ago when we were looking for a good NT you never spoke up. Why? Woulda been perfect material before the weight loss.

Great work my man, very impressive results...just remember, it's a choice and it's your life, so use these positives to make it your lifestyle. Keep it up brother!!

Inspiring! I need to lose 20, you given me motivation!

WOW! CONGRATS!

Don't know how you feel about it but post some before and after pics! That's incredible!

That is incredible. 150 pounds takes discipline and perseverance, way to go.

I started on my journey last november when my kids told me i looked like crap and they didn't want me to die. So after 20 years i decided to get back in shape. I have lost right at 70 pounds from 267 to 195. Suit jacket only dropped from a 48 to a 46 as i have a very solid weight and interval running program and fit in a mile swim a couple times a week. Waist has gone from 44 to 32. It isn't easy at first but now all the old bad foods don't even taste that good and the healthy stuff is good. And i feel terrible when i miss workouts which are 5 times a week. I will be 60 next month and my parents and grandparents were all dead in their 50s and 60s from self destructing habits.

So props to all my brothers out there making the effort. And to you young guys, don't let it go, time flies and it is easier to keep it off now then to do it all later.

down 80lbs in the past year myself...I am stuck right at 220 has been horrible the past 2 months being stuck right here. Workouts getting harder and more intense diet getting better...weight staying the same haha...but its all good I know it will break sooner or later...congrats bro I am stoked for you.

I've been a type 1 diabedic since I was 9. I'm 46 now and have taken care of myself most of my life. I'm within 10 lbs. of what I weighed when I graduated high school. The longer you stick with your routine the easier it will get. Take care of yourself and look at the big picture. If you fall off a little don't freak out. Find out whats really in package foods and you might become an expert at eating healthy. Oh yea, don't forget to have fun in life. I may be a life long insulin dependant diabedic but I can eat wings and drink beer with anybody here. Get yourself healthy 1st. Better times are ahead I promise. Congrads Cane brother.

Thanks so much guys its the hardest thing I've ever done but woth every drop of sweat... everyone who is going thru the same thing keep it up! The juice is definately worth the squeeze
