Personal goal reached

Good things bro, congrats.,. We need you in tip top shape fighting off all the FSU and UF fans. But for real, takes real effort to do that. Great accomplishment

Great job!!! Lost 50 in 3 months after I retired last year-took up golf & walk 18 5 days per week. I always ate healthy, but cut out most of the 3 food groups. (Fast/junk/snack foods.)

Hey GoCanes - I've dropped 30lbs in about 30 months with another 45lbs to go. Do you have any tips?

I've obviously improved my diet, staying away from carbs and processed foods and focusing on lean protein, veggies and doing a protein shake for breakfast (where before I wasn't having breakfast at all which is terrible).

I'm also walking up hill on the treadmill 5-6 times per week 40-60 minutes.

Any other tips would be appreciated.

Congrats on a TON of weight lost. You should be proud.

Congrats man Im trying to get off this blood pressure medicine. Got work to do and it will get done in the name of JESUS.

Great job and congratulations!

Share your secret of successful weight loss to the board.

I'm sure there are many of us that can and will be inspired by the system and disciplines you have mastered.

Thanks again guys!

For the guys looking for tips... I almost completely gave up carbs especially anything with white flour enriched flour or gluten in it any whole grain or wheat product is infinately better if u do need a cheat meal... and I work out 4-5 hours per day waking up at 5am to get in a good 2-3 hours before I even have to think about work or family that's my time and then another 1.5 -2 hours at nite after they go to bed... sometimes when I'm searching thru canesport I'm actually on a treadmill or eliptical machine... working out actually reduces hunger and the amount of sleep I need... replace the food addiction with a gym addiction you will be much happier that's the best advice I have the rest is adding and subtracting calories keep a log book and never let it out of your site because at the end of the day it says u burned more calories than u took in you will lose weight that part is just using math...
