Gary, I understand the intent of your post but don't understand how your request can be executed to your satisfaction. The Lounge is a place to voice opinions on a myriad of social issues. Race relations is very visible in our society today and therefore will provoke different opinions. As a Black man I may not agree with those opinions but posters should be allowed to voice them. However, we can have civil discussions on race relations without the name calling and racist overtones.

Ok that’s a first. I actually agree with Cems on something other than hoping the canes win every game.
We can discuss race relations without racist comments. Some on here have occasionally crossed the line even though I believe some of it to be tongue and cheek. Still its not funny. I also believe people can have differing opinions about the issues we are experiencing in this country without being called racist. I really believe personally in the good in people so when I do disagree with current issues it does not mean I don't agree that we can all improve in how we see and treat each other and that we can do better in America even after all the positive strides made in the last few decades.
You know that ain’t happening with these Lounge Lizards. It’s why I rarely get involved in the Lounge. I just chuckle at the ridiculousness 🤪
This is a national discussion. I guess I don't understand why it can't take place here if it's in a civilized fashion.
Respectfully, the two threads from me that were deleted weren't racist in nature if that's your benchmark.
Gary..You are completely out of line with this request..This board was made available so we could make opinions about the state of the country and especially society...Now you want us to stop...
It would be helpful if you could list a few specific examples so we can avoid doing it in the future.
