Been hearing a lot about the way FSU "raised" the funds for the Taggart buyout. Obviously this money came from boosters, and everyone seems to be critical about the way this money came about. Golic and Wingo were talking about how this money "magically appeared". Even Kanell mentioned it on his radio show, and then talked about how they don't have a whole lot of money for a new coach at this point.
So my question is, is it not legal to have raised the money to fire him, or are they just looking at it as being unethical? Thanks.
