I honestly am torn. I don't think Chauvin is a danger to society. I'm not sure anything other than systemic reform makes it right. I don't have a number. Its all really sad at this point.

I disagree with the "systemic reform" part as you can't "reform" someone's heart, but I agree with the rest of your post.
