Look at Bama who ever they plug in is going to have great success as a OC or DC because you cannot fail with those elite kids. Manny was a great DC when he took over with Thomas Norton , Mcantosh, Shaq and Pickney plus many more. It fell apart when they departed. Enos had all freshman on the line plus a QB who was a mess. Lashley had immediate results because of King and Oline that was not all freshman. I will bet you right know the new OC will do great with the talent on this roster while the DC will struggle. Its about recruiting more than any fancy OC or DC.
