The football future for 2024 receiver Chance Robinson is as bright as it gets. The rising St. Thomas Aquinas talent already holds nine offers with a heavy Big Ten and SEC lean. But the one offeree in his backyard is getting an early visit in the coming weeks.
Looking at Robinson’s offer sheet, it is hard not to be impressed. Penn State, Maryland, Illinois along with Georgia, Ole Miss, and South Carolina are among the teams seeking his skills at the next level. But as is the case for most South Florida prospects, the Hurricanes will get the first chance to make a big impression.
With the Raiders (14-1) claiming rights as Florida’s 7A state champs, Robinson did not have an opportunity to take any game-day visits. His first visit is coming up with the Hurricanes. From a South Florida Express workout, Robinson gave detail on his interest in the Hurricanes’ program.
“The new staff,” Robinson said. “Seeing what coach (Mario) Cristobal did with Oregon, I feel that he can make Miami way better than what it was.”
