What a fitting end to this nightmare the country has had to endure the last 4 years...Rudy and Donald were made for each other..
I was in construction for 30 years , every builder at the end of jobs will nickel and dime you..
Thats the way it is, they all do it... I know this from dealing ..
So you condone stiffing your contractors like Trump does?
I know we beef but you know Trump wasn't nickel and diming, he stiffed folks man, you can google that. Way before politics. He likes to stiff folks.
Some of the bigger developers in Fl are no different ..
Lennar Homes UM huge donor has a really bad reputation and leave it at that...

You have no idea how the construction industry works.. There are contracts involved and can be very complicated .

To get aside the argument part, what he did habitually with contracts was pretty horrible, they talk about the small business guys because its sympathetic, but the reason Trump has a hard time hiring law firms is his history of not paying once the bill hits. Its a character defect, we all have them but that's a bad one. Do some research, check articles pre-2006 if you want to eliminate bias. He even has issues retaining Banks because of this. Dude doesn't like to pay his bills.
You can say this about many developers not just the Trump organization. With that being said you have to see the contract the scope of work the time frame of the said project, there are also penalties on job performance.
Could be change orders that where not approved but work was performed and 95% of the time will not get paid..
You have both sides arguing at end of most jobs about the last draw monies including retainments of 10% all builders keep incase the sub doesn’t meet final contract signed..
Actually, I know quite a bit about construction. As for your ignorant ass, take your face out of Trump's ass.
