If a private business took PPP loan funds and did not use them for their intended purpose, that business has to pay back the loan, and if aggregious enough its officers might be looking at jail time. And rightfully so. Why are school board officers not walking around in Orange jumpsuits? Maybe because they laundered the stolen money back to democrat politicians?
