Self defense or murder?

Im not sure if the guy was coming after him when he shot but I dont think so. Depends on the law.
Here is some advice...dont go on someones property and when a gun is pulled out leave.
No doubt he didnt have to shoot him but whatever the law is it is.
The guy was in his face and did grab the gun and did threaten him.
The man with the gun was in control at the time of the shooting and was at a distance.
I dont like his attitude after he shot him so if im on the jury the law better be pretty clear that self defense is allowed in that state.
Both of the them were jackasses.

I think the guy should go to jail . he did nothing to DE escalate the problem.
If you have time to calmly walk inside to grab a gun then it isnt a threat and not selfdefense 100%
HE COULD WALK INSIDE AND LOCK THE DOOR AND CALL THE POLICE and afterwards he doesnt try to see if the man needs any kind of assistance and clearly doesnt care that he just shot someone.

The shooter is going to jail for LIFE. His chick should also go to jail. The MAN WAS THERE TO PICK UP HIS CHILD FOR HIS VISITATION RIGHTS! Too many chicks out there think it's ok to play games with the children after a divorce. It's BULLSHIT! That man was never violent, never threatened, just wanted his kid. I agree, if you have time to walk away, go inside, get the gun, then you were not in fear for your life. What a scumbag.
