I think he should but I agree with Anna here....he won't. All those hyenas that attacked our country besides Trump? Over 400 being charged. The charge? Being a hyena cuck to put it lightly....lmao

No, but his children will likely go to Riker's for their fraud with his company.

Speculating our we. Funny how Trump keeps living in you Dems heads..

Can’t wait until he announces his 2024 run..
Your little brains are going to expode..

Doubt it, certainly not before Hunter!
Hunter is being investigated for three years by the NY AG who has finally gotten the SCOTUS to release the tax returns and discovery from Deutsche Bank?

Hunter has a known snitch (Cohen) who has done 8 hours of interview with Mark Pomerantz who specializes in Rico?

Hunter has a person like Allen Weissberg who handled all of his accounting and his father's accounting, under the scrutiny of discrepancy in state tax filings versus loan applications to banks?

I mean I get the whataboutism, but did you know their is a fundamental difference in short term risk, so "not before Hunter" is a silly statement. Even if they are both guilty for commission of crimes, one has been investigated by Trump's AG office and found to have been questionable with respect to ethics but not illegal, the other is still being investigated and not for ethics but actual laws being broken.

But hey, deflect because lately on this board all folks do is "take a side".

No, I look at the potential result and frankly Trump's underreporting his real estate values vs. Hunter's Barisma dealings along with his daddy and John Kerry's involvement seem to be more detrimental to the U.S. than an owner and developer of properties that may have subjectively undervalued his holdings for tax purposes . BTW, I would say that the majority of real estate moguls play this game.
The big difference is Hunter with his daddy and John Kerry, used their political power to get an investigator fired , get the Crack head a board position, and get money from Barisma that was to be shared by Joe, his brother, Hunter and John Kerry. Clearly an abuse of power not even close to the level of a crime that Trump may have been a party to.

You said "Doubt it, certainly not before Hunter! " @CashvilleCane1 gave it a like. Now you say "No, I look at the potential result"

That has nothing to do with timing, I was talking about which would happen first.

NOw that being said, you then go on to say

Well, that's an opinion as to which undermining is more detrimental. Also, valuation isn't the totality of the accusations against Trump but simply a small part of it. As a bank litigator, I think defrauding banks is substantively pretty bad, maybe we see the letter of the law different.

BTW, I would say that the majority of real estate moguls play this game.
It sad if you are jaded enough to think that successful men, the majority of them, aren't successful because they are hard working Americans who pay their taxes but successful in part because they cheat the government out of its revenue thereby harming the folks in the places they own property, we can debate on what "mogul" in NY means, I think moguls have expansively larger portfolios than Trump's but then again, I don't think American success is built on cheating. We can differ there.

You may be unaware of this, the investigator was dirty AF, the EU, the Ukraine govt and our own country thought he was slow walking the corruption investigations. They wanted him fired and replaced with a real prosecutor, turning that on its head is nice, but this is why the Trump AG didn't prosecute Hunter, it wasn't altruism, the stuff didn't add up, yes, this is all a massive link to an article.

You said it best, no one is going to call that grift, assuming arguendo the nepotisim, even close to the crime of bank fraud, mortgage fraud, tax evasion and 18 U.S.C. § 1001 violations. We agree.

Let’s put this into very simple terms. If you or I under reported the value of our property and claimed that benefit on our taxes would anyone, including the IRS, care? And to what extent do you think they would prosecute it?

Now let’s look at the same context on Hunter Biden, the conflict of interest, Money Laundering, etc.

There is your answer.

Apparently Ellen is not so nice. She has received her share of negative publicity recently. Somewhat abusive...Rosie is a beast. Frankly, I like puzzy so much that I want to come back as a Lesbian.
