The well researched SI article on the arms race for talent leads on to conclude that acquiring 5s and many 4 stars is and will be determined by how much cash and benefits the player is guaranteed in writing ---under the euphemistic guise of NILs.

Great recruiters like Mario will lose out to schools like Texas A&M UT, USC and increasingly others---see article---- which offer the most compensation and benefits---like this one mentioned: flying players parents in a private jet to a games.

Only the schools with the wealthiest and willing to pay fans ands alums will dominate. We have Ruiz but schools likes Texas, T A&M, with thousands of alums as wealthy as he is will prevail. California has 1.4 million households with more than a minimum million net worth..no wonder Lincoln Riley went there and will win big time and Texas has 650,000 HH with and $100 millionaire supporting their club--again see others.

I see a new Super "conference---league--with only the wealthiest 12-16 teams----and it is doubtful we will be in that league.
