I believe there are real valid reasons why the staff isn't assembled yet. I am sure Mario has a plan no doubt but I have a strong feeling guys he was banking on have surprised him with the answer no.
I also understand the recruits for them this is a whirlwind development with Mario taking over especially his Oregon recruits who never considered nor heard from Miami. Any of these guys we get will be nothing short of a miracle and I do believe we get a few.
I see the fans freaking out about this on Twitter. I'm not freaking out because it will all come together but it sure is bizzare.
