Who wrote this article?

It says CaneSport staff which generally kind of bothers me but whatever, but this one takes the cake.

The end of the article it says "Mark Richt tried to get things on the right track at QB." Then after it just says it didn't happen, it's Enos' turn.

What in gods name did Mark Richt try to do to get the QB position on the right track here at the University of Miami?

He ruined the QB position here.

Mark Richt actually inherited a decent power 5 QB and installed a terrible offense, Hired a coach who wasn't qualified to coach him who turned out to be his 24 year old son and then told the backup QB, "you will never play for me" and started him for the next 2 years straight even though he should never have stepped foot on the field for Miami.

The only reason he played is because Richt couldn't out-recruit him and wasn't paying enough attention to college football to try and grab a transfer or JUCO etc.

Oh and he never ran an offense to put his WR's in motion to help his QB and insisted on calling plays and was basically the worst play caller in the Power 5.

Mark Richt literally did not do 1 thing to "get the QB position on track", we went from Stephen Morris and Brad Kaaya to Malik Rosier and just awful targets, misses and coverup's in recruiting.

He took a position group with a seasoned starter who had his flaws but had played a lot of football and put up good numbers and just pounded it into the ground the likes of which I've never seen. What Turkey Tits did to the defense was child's play compared to Richt and the QB position.

It's like when this was all going on, this site didn't have the balls to question why his son was the QB coach and press him on of he should still be here in year 3 or if he was ever qualified enough to be hired? We were told that was out of bounds.

Now were just posting articles about a position group he pounded into the ground and summing up his time here as "he tried to get things on the right track", when they were miles better under the previous administration which was a joke and he couldn't have handled it any worse.

When will this site start saying what really happened here at the position?

The article should have ended with something to the effect of, "Miami tried to hire a QB guru to fix the long standing issues with the QB position, but he was so out of touch with the game and because of nepotism, incompetence in recruiting and insisting on calling his own plays he tore it down to a place we've never seen it before in modern Miami Football.

Why do we continue giving this man a pass or just paving over the absolute butchering he did to that position and the unprofessional manner in which he did it?
