Why don't we split football away from the traditional AD's scope and make it stand alone and equal. Football makes all the money so it should have its own focused head.
We need to be forward looking if we want to lead from the front. Not sure if UM is ready to be that creative, but I'd do it in a heartbeat. Just my 2 cents. Thoughts?
