The a hc needs five years argument with manny

I think what get’s lost in this point is that manny never should have been hired in the first place and you could say the same for other previous hc’s that were hired here. What also get’s lost in this is the expectation of improvement.

bring on a hc that’s capable of getting us to where we need to be in five years and I don’t have a doubt in my mind that the fans will give that hc five years barring consistent improvement.

Fact is Manny has been here three years and all three of his teams have had the same fundamental issues that haven’t improved. All he ever does is just sweep HIS issues under the rug with scapegoating/replacing a coach or a player with a transfer guy or raw freshman athletes.

at some point a hc has to evaluate, recruit, develop, hold his players to a standard and build a foundation. We’re in the exact same spot today that we were in richt’s last year.

if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it doesn’t take a zoologist to know it’s probably a duck.
